Los Prados white is a very clever piece of winemaking, combining the sweet ripe apple and pear fruit of Chenin Blanc with the savoury, grassy mineral tones of Semillon. If you like Sauvignon Blanc but would like a change from all those gooseberry-type flavours then this will be right up your street.
